Do I need an iPhone with LiDAR?
No. LiDAR scans require a LiDAR sensor (iPhone/iPad Pro). Photo scan (photogrammetry) and SloMo video scan also work without LiDAR.
How do I get dimensions if my device has no LiDAR?
The built-in QR-marker calibration scales models without LiDAR to real size.
Which export formats are available?
STL, OBJ (with texture) and USDZ are free. STEP and PLY are an optional purchase.
Are my scans uploaded?
The app creates and edits scans on the device and has no server connection for scans. See the Privacy Policy for more.
What does the app cost?
The app is free to use. Extra features such as STEP/PLY export are in-app purchases; current prices and the pricing model are shown by the App Store.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the purchase options in the app and choose “Restore Purchases”. Your Apple Account is required.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why do I see ads, and how do I change my tracking choice?
The free app is financed by advertising. You can change your choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security › Tracking.
