1. Scope

Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for licensed apps (Apple Standard EULA). These supplementary notes do not replace it.

2. Features

The app provides functions for scanning, editing, measuring and exporting 3D models. Scanning, editing and export as STL, OBJ and USDZ are free; certain additional features (e.g. STEP/PLY export) are paid.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid additional features, packs and subscriptions are handled through the App Store; prices, terms and cancellation options are shown by the App Store before purchase. Purchases can be restored in the app. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple’s terms.

4. Advertising

Free use is financed by advertising (see Privacy Policy). Advertisers are responsible for their content and offers.

5. Your content

You remain the owner of the rights to your models, scans and files. You are responsible for being entitled to process them and for respecting the rights of third parties.

6. Results

Scans and dimensions are approximations and depend on device, lighting and capture quality. Verify dimensions independently before using them for planning, manufacturing or orders.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may develop, change or discontinue features where this is reasonable for you.
